Documentation + Social Media = Success

connect the Dots Documentation Source: Soule Early Childhood Center a Montessori/Reggio Inspired School

My work with independent schools has been some of the most rewarding of my career. Integrating documentation of learning into the everyday happenings of the classroom offers a school an opportunity to engage the children, teachers and parents into the curriculum.  It takes a commitment to visual communication between the teacher and the child; the teacher and the parents; and the school to the parents via social media.  It helps to solve a whole host of problems, including “What did my child do today?”, “What makes your program different from others”, and for the child, it helps to revisit learning that can engage the teacher and parents. And, if done properly, it can create a waiting list!  See some of the documentation below.  It can be done with or without the use of technology because the intention behind the process is the same.

Contact me to learn how to use documentation to create your waiting list.
